Orders that are not shipped after being placed You can cancel your order by contacting us at any time within 2 working days of placing your order and receive a full refund.
Return of wrongly shipped or unused orders Please contact us in time. We will make appropriate arrangements to assist you with your return and exchange at no cost to you.

1. All products must be returned to us in full resale condition.
2. You need to return the item through the insurance parcel service and keep proof of postage.
